Shamrock Beer Run returns to Louisville for the 3rd consecutive year!
The Louisville Shamrock Beer Run is now a Virtual 5K. If you have already registered, your entry was changed to be Virtual 5K. This change is pursuant to City Officials.
We encourage you to walk/run the Shamrock Beer Run as a Virtual 5K and even enjoy your favorite beer along the way (as long as it is legal).
We will mail your shirt, bib and medal by March 25.
Come and enjoy Party Style 5K, some beer then be rewarded with a magnetic bottle-opening finishers medal! Plus all 5K participants receive a long-sleeve performance tech shirt & pint glass. Not to mention 34 ounces of beer are included!!
Don’t want to do the 5K? Register for the BrewFest! It’s only $10 plus includes a Pint of beer…. Now that’s what I’m talking about, BEER!
This is a 21+ event only. No strollers, no kids, no one under 21 admitted.
Are you ready to party?
The 2020 Brewfest event will begin after the race and feature a DJ, music, food and drinks! The party’s on until sunset!
This year, everyone is a VIP! We will have tables, chairs, and heaters if Mother Nature doesn’t play nicely.

Set your destination for Waterfront Park in downtown Louisville on March 21st where the beer starts flowing at noon, the race begins at 2:00 pm and the party’s on until sunset!

Register before February 15, 2020 and you can personalize your bib. We’ll have Sharpies if you wait too long. Here are some creative examples that will add fun to your day!

We get it. 5Ks are not for everyone. But, you still want to take part in the festivities after the race, or better yet, quaff a few while your friends and others are out on the course. Enjoy the music, food, and comfort of the tents with tables, chairs and heaters (in case the weather doesn’t play nice).
